New feature: find all interfaces, even when they have currently
no IP-Address assigned:
Because ifc.ifc_req does not show interfaces without
IP-Address assigned, we use the device list via /proc.
This concept was inspired by net-tools / ifconfig
This feature will be enabled soon. We just need to trace down a kernel
error.
