The node package for AX.25, NET/ROM, ROSE and TCP/IP provides a node shell modelled after hose of the TheNet or G8BPQ nodes. Early versions did ship as part of ax25-utils. Starting version 0.3.0-ALPHA-1 node published as an independent package after ax25-utils was split in several packages. The latest version is still 0.3.2 which was published in 1999.
